My inspiration comes from observing the patterns, textures and forms that surround us. I seek to capture the essence of patterns to distill these forms of nature into my work. At times my work moves from realistic to abstraction in the process of attempting to capture the essence of these patterns.

My approach to painting is an invitation to pause and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us daily often unnoticed and to share the profound connection I feel with the natural world. A connection that transcends time and space.
